About the event
Normally its the last Thursday of the month but July got away from us so we are doing on August 1st. Join us at Bevvy, the old Margarittaville hotel or Treasure Isalnds hotel depending how long you have been here. They will have cold drinks and a light menu avialable. No need to stress about traffic we are right in the middle of 7 Mile. Join us to answer your questions about flying in the Cayman Islands,.
The summer months everyone is traveling but we can still have our social. We will also be there to discuss:
• Committees to be set up now, and we invite volunteers to nominate themselves to the Board who will appoint the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson for each Committee.
• Volunteers to nominate themselves to serve as the CIFC’s Treasurer. The Board will appoint a new Treasurer to serve the remaining term of our founding Treasurer who has had to step away from that role due to work demands.
• Preparations to establish bank accounts and begin collecting Membership Dues.
• Learn about opportunities to train for your PPL (Private Pilot License), and about Discovery Flights.
